SHIPPING POLICY
As a small business, we kindly ask for 2-3 business days to process and dispatch your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number to the email provided with your order.

We ship using Australia Post. Please remember that once your order is shipped it is up to Auspost to deliver your parcel. If there's any issues with delivery, please contact Auspost directly.

Express Shipping
Delivery Time: 1-3 business days
Cost: $15 flat rate
International Shipping
We ship to New Zealand

We put our whole heart into every Oh Pickles piece, and we want you to love what lands on your doorstep.
Faulty items
if something arrives damaged or faulty, we've got you. Email us at hello@ohpickles.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the fault and your order number, and we'll sort it straight away.
What we can't accept as a small business
we're unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. So please check our size guide carefully before ordering. Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged are not eligible for return. Not sure on sizing? Reach out before you order. we'd rather help you get it right the first time.
Final sale items
All sale items are final and not eligible for return or store credit.
